Philip White

Chief Executive Officer

Philip is a multi-disciplined C-Suite director with specific experience in cross functional executive leadership within financial services. Philip has previously held the regulatory approvals FCA CF1 Director & PRA SMF3 Executive Director regulatory status.

He currently holds a number of non-executive board positions within various stages from scale-up through to high growth and exit within commercial finance organisations. In addition to a number of executive roles within industry regulatory and advisory groups. Within these roles he has led a private equity backed leveraged management buyout, focused on providing specialist funding for the UK professions sector, SMEs and academia and led and scaled a newly established Commercial Division consolidating the resources and integrated business proposition of protection, insurance and funding.

Kevin Fasting

Non-executive director

Kevin joins The Broker Hub as a non-exec director of the group having started his first business in 2010, KE Executive Search. After building a number of further businesses in property, law and recruitment, the management team was brought together to form KERV, which forms the current board as a venture capital vehicle to fund and scale businesses with targets to exit. He and the rest of the team have so far founded and scaled 16 businesses to date with T/O in excess of £35m.

Kevin has taken this recipe for success and transformed it into The Broker Hub, his involvement in your business is focussed on strategy, people, revenues streams and your own personal mindset. Whilst the operations team help run the day to day of your business, Kev works with you on your journey to becoming a true entrepreneur and CEO.

Martine Catton

Chief Commercial Officer

Martine is a multi-disciplined C Suite director having worked with Global brands and PE backed start-ups. Most recently she has held CEO roles for a number of alternative finance providers. Her focus has always been SMEs and developing products that provide funding solutions to support their growth.

Martine was part of the Genesis Committee established to signpost access to finance at a government level.

Martine currently holds non-executive directorships and has been a director of both industry and lobbying associations with SME funding being at the heart of any roles undertaken.

Andrew Weedy

Chief Finance Officer

Andrew has worked in finance for more than 25 years, starting his career within accountancy & audit practice before making the move to commercial finance, working for such large FMCG companies as Warburtons, Quorn and Glanbia Plc as well as PE Backed businesses and investment banks.

Within the group and alongside his team, he streamlines all finance procedures, creates board packs, maintains and develops management accounts, whilst constantly working to develop new finance strategies that can be tailored to individual businesses.
