1

It all starts with you.

Beginning any business can be a tough feat, especially when alone and a helping hand can go a long way. That’s where The Broker Hub comes in, based on the already successful KERV Capital model, our CEO pathway is designed to not only support your business but, your development as an entrepreneur. It all begins with a simple inquiry to The Broker Hub with your initial business plans in mind, from here we get in touch with you for an introductory phone call to discuss potential avenues for your business, meaning from the moment you send an inquiry, the process begins.
2

Let's meet for a quick chat.

Great news! There’s an interest from both parties, so what next? A face-to-face meeting will then be organised between you and a member of The Broker Hub’s management team to continue initial discussions further. These initial talks will be mainly to see if we match each other’s ideas and plans.

1

Present your pitch.

Following the initial application and subsequent investor meeting, you will then have full access to the leading SME business planning application – LivePlan. Using these tools, you will be able to formulate a high-level business plan/pitch, providing information about your business idea, chosen market, experience, expertise, personnel, and headline forecast, as well as your performance in a current role. Once completed, you will then present this to the Investment Committee (IC) in a face-to-face meeting.
2

Planning for the future.

Assuming your pitch is nothing short of brilliant (we know it will be), the prospect partner will then begin to build a detailed, full three-year business plan using the LivePlan application. The plan, if approved will be integrated to Xero, with the support of our team. Once completed, and all parties are aligned, commercial terms will be agreed, and we will then guide you through any necessary regulatory and compliance matters.
3

Applying the finishing touches.

The final stage through to launch involves the operations team who will build out the implementation plan within LivePlan, which will encompass all aspects of the business including but not exclusively company formation, bank account opening, technology investment, marketing strategy, CRM implementation, Xero set up as well as all regulatory and compliance matters.
